1. Acceptance
By installing or using the SLS Shopify app or visiting SLS.sh (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
SLS is a Shopify app that lets merchants compare two Shopify stores and selectively deploy products, collections, and pages from one store to another. Features are gated by the plan you choose at installation.
3. Account and eligibility
You must have a valid Shopify merchant account to use SLS. By installing the app you represent that you have the authority to bind the store(s) to these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify admin credentials.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through the Shopify Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Each plan includes a 7-day free trial. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change plan pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to deploy content you do not own or have the right to distribute
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API
- Use the Service in any way that violates Shopify's Partner Program Agreement or Acceptable Use Policy
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
6. Data and store content
You retain full ownership of your store data. We access it only to provide the Service as described. You are solely responsible for reviewing diffs before deploying and for any changes made to your production store as a result of using SLS.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that deploys will always succeed. Always maintain backups of your store data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or data loss resulting from a deploy action. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your session and pairing data will be deleted within 48 hours per our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
